2/1/2009 - Kevin Reilly elected Chairman of Almonte Sewer Board effctive. January 2009. Mr. Reilly replaces Frederica Cobey who had served for several years prior to stepping down to a Director role.
Lew Kious has also been elevated to Secretary Treasurer in addition to his role as Representative to the SASM Board for ASD.

Almonte Sanitary District is the Sewer System Management District responsible for all of the waste water that comes from homes and businesses in the Almonte area of Mill Valley - Properties mostly within the area bounded by Miller Avenue Almonte Blvd, Shoreline to Stanford down to Gomez [Camino Alto]. Property owners in this district pay for sewer service via property tax bills. ASD is responsible for both wastewater and solid waste [trash]. Trash collection is contracted with Mill Valley Refuse Service
